Cancellations & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of the project, fees are non-refundable once your place has been confirmed and work has begun.

  • If you need to withdraw, please contact us as early as possible.

Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your listing.

  • Responsibility for business operations and customer experience remains with the venue.
