Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days of purchase. During busy periods (a new guide launch, for example), this may take slightly longer, we'll let you know if there's a significant delay.

UK delivery

We ship UK orders via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 days from dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

International delivery (including USA)

We ship internationally, including to the United States. Estimated delivery time for international orders is 7–14 working days from dispatch, though this can vary depending on customs processing in your country.

**Customs, duties, and import taxes**: international orders may be subject to customs charges, import duties, or handling fees applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are set by your government, not by us, and are your responsibility to pay. We have no way of knowing or controlling what these charges will be, so please check with your local customs office if you're unsure before ordering.

Lost or damaged parcels
